My Macbook Pro memory is almost full all the time and I think the most of the memory is taken by Logic and it's virtual instruments. I have already transmitted my logic-projects into the hard drive, but is it possible to transfer virtual instruments logic pro x plugins on external drive free other plugins into the hard drive and run them from there?

When you move the Sound Library, it moves the Sound Library for both apps. If you want to move third-party content, check with the manufacturer for their recommendations.
