It will not go further. I have tried this with two HDD's and the result is the same. I have done two CMOS resets also and this makes no difference. I managed to get the command prompt screen up but, although entering 'dir' and it shows windows files, it starts off with a directory 'x' and will not change to any other drive. Given this computer is just over a week old I cannot see why it would be a motherboard or BIOS issue, nor the intel chip. It appears to be a windows 10 issue. My fantastic windows 10 was acknowledging : c , so I shut down and installed 2 more drives and restarted only to find the boot manager missing. I shut down, uninstalled the two new drives and restarted and still get either BM missing or it requires an installation disc.
